ONE-MONTH ADULT ASSESSMENT - $500

My one-month assessment gives you a starting point to get your symptoms under control and helps you learn what may be at the root of your problems through:

A detailed personal history
An hour-long Initial Interview with me, as your investigator

CHILDREN'S INITIAL ASSESSMENT WITH SUPPORT - $500

My one month children's assessment is a perfect starting point for those with autism, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. Follow-up appointments are $150- $250 with testing review.

THREE-MONTH ADULT OVERHAUL - $900 or three monthly payments of $350

Are you serious about ditching the symptoms? Then my three-month overhaul is the package for you! Our bodies need time to heal, and working with me longer than one month is necessary for getting control of your symptoms. You'll receive all of the benefits of the one-month plan plus:

An individualized initial interview and intake history
A 30 minute phone session every 2 weeks to reevaluate supplements and tweak diet changes if needed (must schedule)
A video or in-person meeting at the beginning of each month to address concerns or update your plan according to your symptoms
A complete reassessment after the end of your second month with another Nutritional Questionnaire and Food and Mood Journal
I'll be your fully committed detective to find the cause of your symptoms and provide all of the support and encouragement you'll need to feel better!
